Procedure Technique
At Versailles Medical Spa in Darien, CT, we complete BOTOX® injectable treatments as an outpatient procedure. We can accommodate and provide treatment on the same day as your scheduled complimentary consultation. To help us determine the injection sites, the medical provider may ask you to make several expressions using your upper face, such as squinting or frowning. Before being treated, the medical provider will then cleanse your skin, inject the BOTOX® using a fine needle, and apply a cold compress to help prevent bruising and discomfort. Although unnecessary, you can ask for a numbing cream to make the procedure more comfortable.
Your BOTOX® Treatments
After your BOTOX® treatment in Darien, CT , you may resume your daily routine, but you should avoid strenuous activity for at least a day. During the first night, we highly recommend sleeping upright and to avoid touching and/or massaging your face to prevent the BOTOX® from shifting. Typically, it takes around 7-14 days to see the final results of your BOTOX® treatment, and the results may last about 3-4 months.
