At Versailles Medical Spa, we use either DermaPen or AquaGold Fine Touch to create small holes in your skin. The little needles used will not harm your skin but instead, help stimulate the production of collagen. When the microneedling is finished, your PRP serum is applied to the face. After fully absorbing, we’ll clear away the PRP serum and clean your skin.
Your Microneedling with PRP
After your microneedling with PRP treatment, you could experience normal symptoms, such as swelling, bruising, and redness. You should avoid the use of makeup, exfoliating face washes, or swimming in pools for three days. Activities like this can expose your skin to harsh chemicals and bacteria, which may lead to negative side effects. You should also avoid sun exposure or use protective measures when you’re outdoors. Final results are typically seen within the first month as the skin works to repair and heal itself.
